About Jason Wilcox

My story

In 2009, Wilcox founded the independent media and community organization, the Cannabis In Canada Society, to provide a forum where like-minded cannabis patients can collaborate on instructional growing techniques, discover the latest news, events, and political debates regarding the free cannabis movement.

In 1993, Jason Wilcox was diagnosed with HIV/AIDS and HCV. As difficult as it is to imagine living with a terminal illness, Jason has managed to learn from his challenges and in turn has become a leader in the cannabis growing and medicinal use communities through his work with the Cannabis in Canada Society and the MMAR Coalition against Repeal.

Wilcox is a well-respected, passionate, and prominent cannabis activist and speaker who has appeared at many cannabis and patients rights events throughout North America, leading the discourse and engaging the public. He has been cited and interviewed by numerous print, television, and digital media outlets, and is well known for his highly popular YouTube channel, which describes safe and effective cannabis growing techniques.
